We should list some important inducements, ie "Do you want your home's value to decrease due to this project, Do you want an increased risk of cancer due to excessive EMFs; Do you want to have disproportionate industrial work in your neighborhood every day from 7am to 7pm (and possibly outside these hours) for OVER A YEAR, with dynamite blasting, heavy equipment, helicopters, porta-potties, internet/utilities/phone/cable interruptions, roads closed; What is to stop SDG&E from adding a THIRD set of poles soon thereafter; Remember this is a utility with "customer service" who say when the power is out "We won't charge you for what you don't use" ; Do you think they should be taking more ROW than they currently have; etc. I know we are not supposed to be "NIMBY", but that is what motivates people.
